Dr. Hiroyuki Abe, president of ISPM, was invited as a special lecturer for All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference with the main theme: Strategy for personalized medicine and its development in phthisiopulmonology was held in Moscow on December 18-20th, 2013. He gave a lecture under the title of “Personalized medicine: yesterday, today, tomorrow” and served as a chairman for the plenary session No.1.
