International Society of Personalized Medicine (ISPM) handles personal information as follows

1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information:
   ISPM may use the collected personal information in cases of providing necessary information, conducting questionnaire surveys and sending our journals.
   Personal information will not be used beyond the purpose of use as consent in advance to the use thereof.
2. Provision to Third Parties:
   Without the prior consent of individual, ISPM will not provide personal information to any third party.
3. Deposit of Personal Information:
   In case of sending our journal, ISPM may subcontract the processing of entrusted personal information to an affiliated entity.
4. Voluntariness of Provision of Personal Information
   Providing personal information is voluntary. However, please note that in some cases where necessary personal information is not provided, ISPM will be unable to provide services.
5. Disclosure, Collection and Deletion of Personal Information:
   ISPM will comply with a request for disclosing, collecting or deleting personal information at any time.
